Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania which exuded old school American style.
The Franklin and Marshall philosophy is that just like a photograph or souvenir, clothing should represent a place in time and lock in memories of a particular experience a person had when wearing the item. This is evident in their designs as the
Franklin and Marshall range spans the look of decades and would look equally at home in the 1960s, 1970s or 1980s as it would today. Giuseppe Albarelli and Andrea Pensiero expanded their designs by trawling through iconic places in fashion such as vintage shops and stalls in Tokyo and Pasadena as well as recognising the trends that were right in front of them on the streets, wherever they travelled in the world. Franklin and Marshall range was a huge hit and created looks that many other brands have replicated since its launch.
